Tom Jackson was one of the earliest Haiku Milieu supporters, and a frequent contributor to the "Haiku Your Milieu" section on Sundays.

He is the host/producer of "Somebody Else's Troubles" on Saturdays at 11am and "New Orleans Music Hour" on Saturdays at noon on WLUW, 88.7 FM in Chicago.

He also creates the most magnificent personalized greeting cards, under the name "Greetings from Quarantinaville." These have become a mainstay of my holiday gift-giving.

So when he invited me to be interviewed live on the air, I was thrilled. 

And you'd think I would have been prepared for how well researched he would be, the kinds of questions he would ask, and the generosity with which he would listen.

But can anything prepare you for a truly sunny day? Well, that's what it was like to bask in the sunshine of his company, with his kind heart and thoughtful questions.
